Ma Dame, is a cosy restaurant, a unique place in Paris, in the heart of the 8th district, between the Avenue Montaigne and the Champs-Elysées.Open from breakfast and throughout the day, the inhabitants of the district like to meet there around a cocktail.
Our Chef
Makoto Nakada started cooking in Japan, where he gained 10 years experience. By then, he had already mastered French gastronomy and was fascinated by its richness.
In 2005, he began his career in France in a Japanese restaurant and then worked as Sous-chef alongside Yannick Alleno at Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg. He then joined Guy Martin's team at Le Grand Véfour, a prestigious two-Mickelin-star restaurant, as Second chef.
After 7 years of working under the experienced eye of Chef Guy Martin, Makoto became Chef at the Hôtel Marignan Champs-Elysées. For Ma Dame, he creates a traditional and playful menu that changes with the seasons.
